BMSGに所属するアーティスト＆トレーニー総勢23名がEAST、WESTの2つのチームに分かれて参加したスペシャルな楽曲「The Sun from the EAST / The Moon in the WEST」。

事務所設立3周年となる2023年9月18日にリリースされた同トラックのミュージックビデオを収録した本作品には、ビジュアル撮影、レコーディング、ミュージックビデオ撮影の様子を追った豪華ドキュメンタリーも約80分収録。
